Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding After Having Coil Fitted

hi i have had my period for 4 weeks now going into the 5th week i have been bleeding really heavy three days ago i had the coil fitted but the last two days i have been extremely heavy every time i move or cough i just flood im 32 yrs old and i had a baby 7 months ago what is wrong with me?
