Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding Along With Tiredness

I started my period on Friday since Friday I have been feeling sick, very tired and drained of energy, they period is heavy today so feel tired and legs feel heavy and painful. Do I need to get my blood checked this has happened twice but not as bad as last month.
