Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding And Lower Back Pain

I've been bleeding for 3 weeks and it's light on some occasions and heavy in others. I tried to have sex and it hurt and I couldn't continue. Now I'm feeling pressure down there and lower back pains. Sometimes a little cramps and mostly bloating. I've been reading. It could be ovarian cyst. I made an appointment but I can't get out of bed without feeling too sick.
