Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding Caused Due To PCOD

Hi, I am diagnosed with PCOD. Since 3 months i'm having scanty and sometimes heavy bleeding, I went to the doctor, they gave me medicines to stop my bleeding but unfortunately the bleeding is not stopping. They did my hysterscopy but due to bleeding the reports are not clear.Can you please advice me what should I do next?
