Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation

i am 44 years old , i was having a normal menstrual cycle but heavy bleeding but the cycle normally completed in 7 days , but the last cycle which statrted on 2nd feb is still not over and till date i am having heavy bleeding and clots . i had an internal checkup 10 months ago it showed stits but then in the second checkup everything was clear but the heamoglobin was very low. can u give me a suggestion i am adviced to take dicynone i took it for one week but showed no effect .. can u please help me
