Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding With Clots Post Depo Provera Injection

Hi there, I am currently on depo provera but am getting quite heavy clots and bleeding. Last time I was with my Dr she said that I could take a pill as well as like a top up as the depo may not be enough. I have Noriday at home from the last time I was on it. Would it be ok to take this in combination with the depo to stop the bleeding?
