im really scared i ussaly have heavy menstrual periods but in the past 3months i skip or it very lite i usally wear2 pads every 20 min and now i wear 1 pany liner every 2 hours it doesent need to be changed but i change it just to b clean im scared that i may have a deadly sickness im not pregnat because i have taken home pregnacies and they say negative help pls
