Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstruation After A Uterine Ablation

I had a uterine ablation in November due to irregular bleeding which lead to anemia. I had 3 solid weeks of very heavy bleeding following the procedure, then no bleeding at all. A month later, I have begun my period and it is as heavy as ever. Why??
