Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstruations And Cramps After Discontinuing Shots

Hello, I was on the shot for about 4 years and it was great never got my period which i loved, but then i got off of it for about a year and recently got back on it and my next shot isn't due for another month or so and I am having the worst cramps ever and bleeding. Not spotting, bleeding and sometimes little blood clots. I'm a little concerned. But its only been happening for about 5 days now so maybe it is just a period?
