Suggest Treatment For Heavy Period After IUD Insertion

I have an IUD in me and my period seems to have gotten heavier and worse cramps, this just happends in the first couple days but still, i thought it would completely go away!! oh and when i got it inserted, i had chlamdia. but i took pills to get rid of it. plus i just finished getting an abortion Whats going on!?
