Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Caused Due To Intramural Fibroid

Hi,I am 24yrs old married 2mnths ago and having a large intramural fibroid(9×6cms).i am having bleeding since last 10days and my cycle started early dis month which shud actual start 13thapril. Wen i met a gynae doc she told me it might have been a early abortus but d u/s says no producta of conception. I am even having huge clots n lots of bleeding(3pads per day) i being a doc by self am using trapic but bleding has not cum to control but my doc says to continue it till bleedng stops can i have ur suggestion for further management..???
