Suggest Treatment For Heel Pain

i have heel pain in both my heels it is like having toothache with a kind of bruised feeling it is worse at night when i have finished working and first thing in the morning when i get up the pain is in the bottom of my heel it only hurts when i walk on them but you can touch the heel and it wont hurt only when i walk on them
