Suggest Treatment For Hematoma During Pregnancy

Hello im 6-7 weeks pregnant with my 3 child! I have an hematoma and I am a little afraid now... I dont have any pain or bleeding Im taken 2-1 duphaston! Before my first child I had 3 missed abort and than with the first child I was put on bed rest becouse of the hematoma and bleeding Thank you
