Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On Thigh After Injury

I fell just over a week ago onto my left side sustaining a large haematoma on my thigh and obviouslly caused injury (no apparent bruising externally) to the left side of my ribcage and around left breast which causes me pain on lying and taking deep breaths/coughing. How long might it take to recover?
