Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On Vagina

I had a sexual accident 3 years ago which caused a heumatoma on my vagina that grew to 10cm, I was in hospital for a week in a wheel chair as it was very severe. It took a very long time to heal but now it has I think what is my clitirous hood is ridiculously prominent and im so embarrassed for my partner to see it I only have sex in the dark and don t even want him to touch down there with he s fingers because I know he ll be able to feel it, I was told to use bio oil as it s good for scar tissue. Do u thin this will help?
