Suggest Treatment For Hemophilia Disease

I am 51 yrs old. I had TAH Jan 21st of this yr. I will be going back to work tomorrow. (?) I've been bleeding off and on and not sure what to make of this. I did talk to my dr 2 wks ago and they say that's normal. This week worse than the beginning. They did say to come back it it persist. I've tried to tell them about my being a carrier for HEMOPHILIA bc i have one son who has hemophilia factor 9 moderate. Someone told me i could be a bleeder too.
My mind is in a jumble and i have to see the work nurse for her to say i'm good to go. She can override my drs ok if she feels i shouldn't work bc of the bleeding. My question is do i tell her about the bleeding?? She can be really anal about some stuff so...what do i do
