Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhagic Shock With Fractured Ribs, Blood In Left Lung

Hemorrhagic shock with fractured ribs putting hole into left lung causing it to start to fill up with blood ?
they put me on Coumadin as lung was filling up with blood , this can not be the correct way for treating blood clots. I was transferred & they stopped it ,put a hose drain in my side & a clot filter in my neck. Thank u Sir
