Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids

Hello, I do have a history of Hemorrhoids before + anal fissure and they were OK. This week, I ve been in constant pain because of that small berry on the right side of my anus. Called my Doctor and he told me that it s Perianal Hematoma, and I should do sitz bath + cream. He even asked me to come to his office to remove the blood with a syringe but I couldn t go see him. Anyway, I m still doing the same thing for 3 days now. The pain is less, but increases during & after each bowel movement. Do I need to keep doing the same thing warm sitz bath + cream or should I go for something else ? I cannot even sit for over 3 days, and my wife who is writing for me this inquiry.
