Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis-C, Cirrhosis And Severe Vomiting

I have Hepc and cirhosis.11days ago, i was vomiting severely. it went on for 2 days. My upper midriff seems swollen and I have intestinal discomfort. I have gained 9 pounds sine then. Pain in stomach area too. Not severe. Heart palpitations the last 2 days. Doctor increased my Neurontin to 44 mg -3 x a day. My appt with Gasto isn t until june 19th. Is there any point at which I should go to er? I have chronicPancreatitis. I was diagnosed with all this 2 years ago and was stunned! Any info would be welcomed. Thank you.
