Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis C

Hello, my boyfriend is currently incarcerated and has hepatitis C. The nurse in the facility told him his levels in his liver is 108 .. we would like to know what that means? When they first tested him they said his level was at 40 something, that was about a month ago. We would like to know how serious the level 108 is, the prison will not treat it and he won t be released until july of this year. Will his levels keep increasing ?
