Suggest Treatment For Hernia In Abdomen Causing Severe Pain

srry i have an hernia in my stoma wich i pass stool but i been ask if i smoke weed to relieve pain ask by a doctor and i said i used to but quit smokeing more then month and a helf ago so she ask me if i wuld do that again i told her no i cant cues my mom does went me to smoke narcotics anymore but its just im in so much pain that thay want me to go to the ER idk what to do?
