Suggest Treatment For Hernia

I was admitted into the local hospital on Dec. 28/14. My hernia overtook some of my colon and I was bringing up feces and the pain was terrible. I was told that if my numbers had not been so high I would have been in the operating room that night. Four days later I was sent home. I have had another 5 day attack and I want to know if this is serious as I grow weaker each time.
