Suggest Treatment For Hernia

I have a HUGE perniculous, unfixable, supposed, hernia. It is my small intestine hanging down to my thigh. I went to Shands in Gainesville, and the doctor told me I was jaundiced, and probably needed a liver transplant. I had my blood work with me, and I had been a drinker but had quit 18 months earlier. My liver enzymes, bilirubin, everything in normal range. He never even looked at them. I was....not happy. How or where do I find an abdominal surgeon willing to fix this? I call it Bob . It looks like I am trying to smuggle a cantaloupe.
