Suggest Treatment For Herpes In Throat

My husband gave me a rare form of herpes in the throat. I do not have oral herpes never had a cold sore or anything. He gave me genital herpes 30 years ago. Now I am scared about it spreading to my eyes or stomach etc. I think it is causing nerve damage in my body and it might spread to the brain. I don t know where to go to get help. I need a doctor who specializes in this rare form and will not look at me like I have two heads or think it s just oral herpes no big deal. What should I do? Do you have any information about this you could point me to?
