Suggest Treatment For Herpes Simplex 1

hello good day i am male 27 years old i have a sores in the genital and i am diagnosis with herpes simplex 1 and i take antiviral tablet and cream for 1 month but the sores did heal.and it is about 3 months from now from the first outbreak and i am negative from aids.and i don't know what it is because it spread on te genital area
