Suggest Treatment For Herpes

I HAVE A RESULT POSITIVE OF HERPES 2, I am taking Estradiol and prometrium daily since september 2013. I had a first treament with Valtrex for ten days. And I went to see an gynecologist on thurday. She said everything was fine after she did the examen. I went to pharmacy and bouth a second treatment for five days. I was no sure that everything was fine...I took this five days treatmen and I still have something wrong. I feel like a little inflamation...Could it be the prometrium the problem?
