Suggest Treatment For Hiatal Hernia Of The Stomach

I have a hiatal hernia of the stomach. It's gotten worse in last 7mo. I'm also being treated for extreme for of Fibromyalgia. I'm on Cymbalta & other meds (not Lyrica) I'm concern w/what meds could possibly cause the Hernia? Is there also a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory that does NOT contain any Aspirin or Tylenol.
