Suggest Treatment For Hiatal Hernia With Circumferential Bowel Wall Thickening

I have been diagnosed with two hiatal hernias after a fall down the stairs. I had one surgically removed two years ago. Large hiatal hernia with circumferential bowel wall thickening of the of the distal esophagus/herniated stomach consider GI consultation and possible EDG for further characterization.
