Suggest Treatment For Hiatal Hernia

I have a hiatal hernia and every time i eat or drink my throat makes a funny noise and i usually have to burp..just wondered if it is related to the hernia..seems like it comes from my throat not my stomach..very embaressing.stay away from socializing a lot..Thanks
