Suggest Treatment For Hidradenitis Suppurativa

i have hidradenitis suppurativa and im in stage 3 of this condition. ive had over 15 surgeries within the past 4 years and skin grafts. i would like to know if theres anything i can do to prevent them from coming back? i even now have a huge abscess on my right testicle what could that be about? thank you
