Suggest Treatment For High BP And Fibromyalgia

I have been put on pms losartan/hctz 50/12.5g.. along with jamp asa ec 81mg... because of high blood pressure (170/80) is it safe to have citrus fruits and drinks while on this? also can I take t-3s with this as I also have fibromyagia.. an am on apo-cyclobenzapine 10mg and teva gabapentin 100mg. I just started the high blood pressure meds 1 day ago.
