Suggest Treatment For High BP And Stiffness In Muscles

About a week ago the freezer door opened and i hit my head on it hard enough to feel like something was dripping on my right temple. I have been taking excedrine a lot this past week but my sinuses and eyes have been bothering me too.I do take high blood pressure medicine and my blood pressure is in check, but sometimes I feel like someone is squeezing my head. I also have been having zapping pain in my right shoulder on occasion and my neck gets very stiff. I use my arms a lot I am a hairdresser. The zapping pain is like little electrical charges. It almost feels like when I had Shingles on my left side of my stomach 2 years ago.
