Suggest Treatment For High BP, Shortness Of Breath And Severe Cold

Hi im a male of 39 years old I have bulimia about for 10 years i started to get sick high blood pressure shortness of breath like 4 days latter I got a bad cold went to the doctor and took x Ray of my lungs he told me that I have pneumonia that it wasn t bad he was going to giveme antibiotics and I llbe okay I didn t told the doctor I was inducing vomiting I want to know if I got pneumonia becouse of the cold or becouse I have a hole in my esophagus can the doctor tell by the x Ray I m scared to ask and to know but I M about to be a father and im scared I m not going to be there for my baby please help
