Suggest Treatment For High BP, Vomiting, Pulmonary Edema, Pedal Edema, Poor Appetite And Severe Stomach Pain

Hi Doctor, my friend had vomitings high BP, lungs water, legs edema,not eating from two months, b12 d vitamin deficiency,6gms blood. Joined hospital removed lungswater from neck , she has severe stomach pain, they haven t done biopsy, didn t infuse blood, didn t do fitsula for dialysis, ultrasound says bilateral grade 2 RPC, moderate ascitic.asking to get discharged, we are scared...please help
