Suggest Treatment For High BP While Resting

I m on blood pressure med and blood thinners and a couple of other meds. I ve had a heart attach 2 years ago and 2 stints put in back to back. Saw my cardiologist a year ago and I was once again given an angioplasty with a 55% narrowing at the stint location. For a few weeks I ve been feeling quite tired and any exertion makes it hard to catch my breath. My heart rate is in the 60 s due to other meds but when taken while exerted only read 80.. tonight I took my BP and first it was 167/94 a couple of hours later I took it again and it was 157/94. All I had been doing was watching TV .. should I be worried?
