Suggest Treatment For High BP

Take Valsartin 320/12.5. Also take 50 Mils. of Metoprololal a day. Been on Valsartin a yr. My blood pressure is running high again, especially from 2PM. on. Wondered how Valsartin works at lowering your BP. Wonder why my BP is suddenly running much higher? Can you answer my two questions.Karen Chambers
