Suggest Treatment For High BP

I am 50 yrs suffering from hbp and taking amlozaar 50mg/5mg lasartan and amlodipine morning only and now added with verapamil 80Mg morning and evening to further help bring my BP down, because most of the time my BP reading is bad when taken infront of the doctor because of anxiety but when taken at home by myself the BP seems to be normal, i need further advise
