Suggest Treatment For High BP

I am suffering high blood pressure from 10 years that was controlled with tablet tenormin 50 mg. Tablet aprovel 300 mg never gone high more than 130/90 but now a days BP is 210/110 like this. Up and down Dr change my medicine tab tenormin 50mg tablet misar 80/10. Tablet cardura once daily. Now i have irregular fast heart beats .Low high BP most of the time. ankle odema that have never before. Iam 54year old female. I am not stable with medication I don t know what to do? Pls help me.
