Suggest Treatment For High SGPT Level During Pregnancy

Hi doc, My wife is 30 week pragnent & and her sgpt level is 140.according to her gyne due to high sgpt level bloot supply for baby should be stop and she has advices us to count fetal movement..please suggest what other precautions we should take and is it due to any specific diet related plz suggest .
