Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And High Cholesterol

Hi have recently lost 30 lbs and excercise as often as i can, but just last week while visiting my physican my blood pressure was high and so is my cholesterol. I eat a semi vegetarian diet no red meat only chicken and fish yet i still have this problem. Do you have any suggestions?
