Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Level When Treating Sarcoidosis In Lungs

I am a woman 89 years old. I m not your normal 89 year old. I exercise every day and I try to watch what I eat. But my sugar is a little high and I can s seem to lose weight. I weigh 155 and am 4 ft. 11 in. I still work part time and still drive. I need to take off weight for my health - I have sarcoidosis in my lungs which does interfere with how intense I can exercise.
