Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Level

19 year old female with diabetes took atlantia at 10:20 pm, blood sugar was 282. Prior she had 5 shots of liquor and Gatorade with some liquor in it. Since taking med, no further alcohol, has drank 2 water bottles and is able to walkand smoke a cigarette. (No judging I know it sounds crazy!) Her blood sugar at 11:15 is 357, should she be taken to hospital? YYYY@YYYY I can t pay for answer
