Suggest Treatment For High Cortisol Levels

I have been diagnosed with Secondary Addison s Disease (coritsol level at 20) but OK after Stimulation (ACTH) Test. I have also in the past had very high Cortisol Levels (1000) but was never treated. My pituatory gland is small with space around it. I have just had a case of uncontrable shaking, upper body which I have not had since my yoth, currently 58yrs.
