Suggest Treatment For High Fever Along With Headaches And Body Aches

My 7yr old son has been running a fever of 103.3 to 101 degrees but, generally staying on the high side. He is also complaining of a severe headache, body aches, nausea, & stomach pains. Do you think that it will be ok to wait to take him in to his Dr. Tomorrow or will it be better to get him in tonight? He woke up at 630am with these symptoms and hasn t had much relief all day. At first I just figured the headache was do to the fever but I also know that there are serious illnesses that also present with a bad headache & just want to be on the safe side.
