Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Breathing Trouble In Child

My baby is 8 & half months hold.he is suffering from severe breathing problem followed by high fever.from yesterday I found foul smell in his stool.I am nebulizing him 6 hrly & giving inhaler 2 times at home.he has also finished a course for 5 days of cephradin two days before.plz help.
