Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Headache In A Child

my 6 year old daughter has a high fever and a headache I m wondering should I take her to the hospital we gave her ibuprofen about an hour and a half ago and her fever is still not breaking and she still complaining of a headache her body is really hot so I m just trying to C if I should take her to hospital or not
