Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Nausea

Hi my father is having problems with high fevers and nausea. He has been to the emergency room and they have not identified anything significant except gall stones. He has experienced vomitting, nasuea and high fevers over the past 48 hours. He is taking both cypro and tamiflu.
