Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Sore Throat

HI, I have been sick for the past 4 days with high fever and sore throat, the fever goes till 103 and comes up only in the evening, for the past few days i have noticed my gums are swollen as well, i have 2 small ulcers on my lower lip, my gums pain alot while i am brushing my teeth. Please tell me the solution ?
