Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Body Pains, Headaches And Back Pain

Hi, i have had high fevers for 4 days, lots of body aches, headaches and back aches. my throat feels swollen but is not too painful and I have difficulty swallowing. My whole body is fatigued like I have never felt before and I can not seem to get enough sleep, although that's all I have been doing. Is this just a bad flu or something more. I have never been sick like this with a cold before.
