Suggest Treatment For High Fever,headache And Sore Throat

For the last couple of yrs and more often just in the last six months I get a fever of at least 104.0 to 105 I get a bad headache,muscle pain and sore throat. This is getting ridiculous. I can't miss any more work. I am 42 it starts in my sinus then to the throat and then lungs if I don't stop it in time. Please help
